D&G, Calvin Klein, Bulgari, ... Who cares?

After being out of excuses my Grandma took me to buy new glasses.. Wasn't really excited about the whole thing but anyway..
As usual there was this guy who keeps on giving you advices what to buy and so on..
Let's call him Mr. Salesman..

Mr. Salesman: This one is a very famous brand. (1st mistake)
Mr. Salesman: If you checked their website you will notice that many movie-stars and popstars wear it. (2nd mistake)
Mr. Salesman: Lots of people wear it and it's in nowadays. (3rd mistake)

Before he could continue I told him:
1) I don't care if it is a famous brand or not!
2) I don't give a damn about which celebrities wear them!
3) And I don't care if it's a trend or not!
The only thing which matters is that I like it. That's it!

And then I noticed that many people get really affected by that superficial stupid stuff.
Like if JLo or Orlando Bloom wore them you just HAVE to buy them too!
Idiotic.. Idiotic and sad! (-.-)
